15 min AMRAP of:
Run 250m
10 burpee over bar
Max unbroken power cleans with 50% of today’s 1RM
* score will be total power clean reps completed

HIIT CLASS:
Every 5 min x 30 min
Run 400m
Then AMRAP of:
10 Bulgarian split squats each leg
15 Ring rows
30 Elbow to knee crunches
