10 baby makers

10 lateral lunges

:30 sec couch stretch each side

 

B.

15 min running clock
EMOM x 5 min – 5 Hang snatch

EMOM x 5 min – 3 Hang snatch

EMOM x 5 min – 1 hang snatch

*power or full snatch. If newer to the movement use a DB or PVC for practice

 

C.

Practice day

EMOM x 15 min
Min 1 – Double unders or single unders

Min 2 – Toes to bar or knee to chest

Min 3 – Rowing ( working on a consistent pattern )
