The power clean is one of the most explosive and dynamic lifts we do at the gym. If the distribution of momentum and power are not in sync your lift will suffer. Check out these 4 tips to help improve your power clean. Ask a coach to help you watch for these the next time you life. Better yet, video tape it and watch it in slow motion. You will see the transfer of power from the beginning of the lift to the end.
