Nothing delivers faster results and the community aspect is like no other.

Why did you become a trainer?

I became a trainer at CrossFit Devotion because I enjoying seeing clients reach new personal goals. As adults, we have so many day to day stresses working against us, it’s so rewarding to be apart of something that will help lift you up and make you feel good about yourself, regardless of where you are on your fitness journey.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

Oh for sure Thrusters!!! They are my favorite!! They make me smile

What is your favorite cheat food?

For sure cookies, and I’m not prejudice I love them all

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

JoAnna Gaines, she is a decorators dream and she can decorate homes and still take amazing care of her family.

I was looking for a fun and sustainable way to be healthy.

Why did you become a trainer?

As an educator by trade, teaching others the amazing things I’ve learned in my own fitness journey was a natural transition. I really enjoy working with people and seeing them transform through CrossFit.

Double Unders and DeadLifts

What is your favorite cheat food?

Beer and Chocolate- but not together. 😉

Iron Man- love the sass and humor.

My wife looked at me and asked why my “face looked swollen.” That was the moment I realized I was out of shape.

I find myself a natural teacher. I love sharing experience with others.

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I saw a friend/coworker who started and she motivated me to try it. Devotion ran a Groupon so I bought it. I thought money was a barrier at first but the Groupon made it more affordable and after that I was hooked.

Why did you become a trainer?

I knew CrossFit has saved my life and marriage plus I’m a teacher so it was a natural step.

Burpees and single leg elevated squats

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I always liked physical activity but only had the option of a traditional gym and was bored. Then I saw pictures of CrossFit and the variety with rope climbs, tire flips, even jumping rope. I loved the variety and still do.

Why did you become a trainer?

I loved the culture of the gym and how it helped change my life and wanted to help other people do the same. I felt like I was good with all the movements and getting to know people. There were a lot of people that were struggling with things I also had in CrossFit and I wanted to help them.

Jerks and rope climbs

What is your favorite cheat food?

Pizza and Ben and Jerry’s American dream! (Didn’t even have to think about that one)

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I wanted a challenge and a different way to get fit other than being a 24 hour fitness gym rat.

Why did you become a trainer?

I grew up most of my childhood/teen years being the fat kid and being made fun of for it. I ended up losing weight and getting healthy through trial and error and my own research. I want to help those who can’t see or don’t know a way out of their unhealthy lifestyle.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

Deadlift, without question.

What is your favorite cheat food?

A whole pepperoni pizza and a pint of either Ben and Jerry’s or peanut butter and chocolate ice cream.

Deadpool, he’s hilarious, inappropriate and still gets shit done.

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I started working out after I gained the typical freshman 15-20 lbs in college and my dad called me free willy at the pool that summer. But I found that I really enjoyed it and kept going because of how amazing I felt. Fast forward, I joined a CrossFit gym 2-3 months after my husband joined one. We were bored with 24 Hour Fitness and a friend told us we had to try it. Hooked from day 1, and still love it just as much if not more.

Why did you become a trainer?

I became a nutrition coach because health is a passion for me. I love learning about nutrition and sharing my knowledge with others.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

Don’t make me choose, just give a nasty 30-40 chipper and put whatever movements you want in there.

What is your favorite cheat food?

Double stuffed Oreo cookies

Emmet from Lego Movie, just a goofy dude who never gave up
