Our Sweat class is a group physical training program conducted by 1-2 coaches. It is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.

Each class lasts approximately one hour. Training starts with a combination of dynamic stretching and cardio exercises, followed by a wide variety of interval training. Training includes, pushups/situps, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive routines. Sessions conclude with a cool down session.

You’ll frequently see bodyweight movements, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells in these workouts.

What you should expect:

These classes allow for you to meet your fitness goals in a group setting, but without lifting heavy weights or complex gymnastic movements. Classes focus on cardio and body weight based movements to increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength and help you get into a regular exercise program.
