Step #2 – Fundamentals Course

4 one-on-one 30 minute classes covering:
- CrossFit fundamental movements
- Weightlifting techniques
- Safety of movements in class
- Setting a baseline for your fitness journey
- Nutrition guidance
- InBody scan for body composition testing
