Step #1 – Attend a Free Intro

During your 1-on-1 introduction we’ll get a better sense of what you’re looking for, explain CrossFit, how we train and put you through a CrossFit workout with one of our coaches. Afterward, we’ll talk about what membership options work best for you.

Step #2 – Fundamentals Course

4 one-on-one 30 minute classes covering:

  • CrossFit fundamental movements
  • Weightlifting techniques
  • Safety of movements in class
  • Setting a baseline for your fitness journey
  • Nutrition guidance
  • InBody scan for body composition testing
